RN - Registered Nurse
Job Summary:
Nightingale at Arkadelphia is seeking compassionate, skilled Registered Nurses to join our growing team. As a Registered Nurse with our Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation facility, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day by delivering excellent clinical care in a supportive, team-focused environment. All shifts are available, including 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care in accordance with state and facility standards
- Complete assessments, monitor resident conditions, and respond promptly to changes
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
- Lead and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and care transitions
- Uphold infection control, safety, and quality standards
- Promote dignity, respect, and a positive resident experience
Requirements:
- Active RN license in Arkansas
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Long-term care experience preferred but not required
Position Details:
- Full-Time and Part-Time positions available
- All shifts available: 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am
