What You’ll Do
Provide hands-on care and assistance with daily living activities
Support residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility
Assist with meals, hydration, and comfort needs
Document care provided and report changes in resident condition
Work closely with nurses and the care team to ensure high-quality care
Promote dignity, respect, and a positive resident experience
Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment
What We’re Looking For
Active CNA certification in Arkansas
Compassionate, patient-focused approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Dependable, professional, and committed to excellent care
Prior long-term care experience preferred but not required
Position Details
Full-Time and Part-Time Available
All Shifts: 7–3, 3–11, 11–7
