About the Role
As an LPN, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary care team to provide comprehensive care to our residents, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and documenting patient information. You will also be responsible for observing and reporting changes in residents' conditions, as well as providing emotional support and assistance with daily living activities.
Responsibilities
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Monitor residents' vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and oxygen saturation
Provide wound care and other medical treatments as needed
Document patient information, including assessments, medications, and treatments
Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Provide emotional support and assistance to residents and their families
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and services provided

Requirements
Current LPN license in the state of Arkansas
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in nursing or related field preferred
