Pay
Starting at $25.00 per hour.
Compensation is based on experience, reliability, quality of work, and client satisfaction. Contractors who consistently demonstrate professionalism, dependability, and outstanding performance may be eligible for performance-based pay increases.
This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position.
Responsibilities
- Perform residential and office cleaning services according to company standards.
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitize all assigned areas.
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living rooms, offices, and common areas.
- Clean mirrors, appliances, cabinets, countertops, and interior windows when requested.
- Make beds and change linens as needed.
- Empty trash and replace liners.
- Follow company cleaning checklists and safety procedures.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Communicate professionally with clients and the office.
- Arrive on time and complete assignments efficiently.
Qualifications
- Previous residential or commercial cleaning experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Reliable, trustworthy, and dependable.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in homes with dogs and cats.
- Reliable transportation to travel to client locations.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
Independent Contractor Requirements
- Must have or be willing to obtain General Liability Insurance before accepting your first cleaning assignment.
- Must provide proof of insurance before beginning work.
- Must provide valid government-issued identification.
- Must be comfortable working as a 1099 Independent Contractor and be responsible for your own taxes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual (English and Spanish).
- Residential housekeeping experience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Positive attitude and professional appearance.
Schedule
- Part-time.
- Flexible scheduling.
- Monday through Friday.
- Occasional weekend opportunities based on client needs.
