What You’ll Be Doing

As a Cleaning Technician, you’ll help deliver our Five-Star Standard by cleaning both residential homes and commercial businesses throughout our service area.

Your responsibilities may include:

● Detailed cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, offices, and common areas

● Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing

● Cleaning windows and glass surfaces as assigned

● Maintaining equipment and supplies

● Providing friendly, professional customer service

● Working independently and as part of a team

● Following our professional cleaning systems and checklists

Everyone begins their journey as a Cleaning Technician.

Our goal is to promote every Cleaning Technician who consistently meets our performance standards. Team members who demonstrate reliability, professionalism, attention to detail, excellent attendance, uphold our Five-Star Standard, and successfully complete required training and certifications become eligible for promotion to Cleaning Specialist after approximately six months of employment.

Minimum Requirements

● Reliable transportation

● Ability to lift approximately 30 pounds

● Ability to work on your feet throughout the day

● Authorized to work in the United States

● Ability to communicate professionally with clients and coworkers

Starting Pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour (based on experience)

Part-Time Positions Available

● 2 Positions: Wednesday, Thursday & Friday | 7:30 AM – 2:30 PM

● 1 Position: Wednesday & Thursday | 7:30 AM – 2:30 PM
