Residential Cleaner

We are looking for a highly professional, dependable, and detail-oriented Residential Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate takes pride in delivering exceptional cleaning services to high-end residential clients while maintaining the highest standards of quality, discretion, and customer care. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in luxury homes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine, deep, and detailed cleaning of residential homes.
• Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, offices, and other household spaces.
• Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, décor, and high-end surfaces using proper cleaning techniques.
• Vacuum carpets and rugs, sweep and mop hard floors, and clean stairways.
• Clean windows, mirrors, glass surfaces, and stainless-steel appliances.
• Change bed linens, make beds, and organize living spaces as requested.
• Handle delicate furnishings, artwork, antiques, and specialty materials with care.
• Follow customized client preferences and company quality standards.
• Use cleaning products and equipment safely and according to company procedures.
• Restock household supplies when requested.
• Report maintenance concerns, damaged items, or safety hazards promptly.
• Maintain client confidentiality and respect privacy at all times.
• Provide courteous, professional, and friendly customer service.

Qualifications:

• Previous residential or luxury housekeeping experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach throughout the workday.
• Lift and carry up to 35 pounds.
• Perform repetitive cleaning tasks while maintaining quality and efficiency.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with residential home care and premium cleaning techniques.
• Knowledge of proper care for marble, granite, hardwood, stainless steel, natural stone, and delicate surfaces.
