Are you a former or current F-16 Instructor Pilot looking for a unique international opportunity? Join a high-profile Foreign Military Sales (FMS) training program supporting allied F-16 operations in Argentina.

This is a true flying Instructor Pilot role where you'll provide academic, simulator, and live-flight instruction while mentoring foreign partner F-16 pilots through Basic Course (B-Course), Mission Qualification Training (MQT), Flight Lead Upgrade (FLUG), and Instructor Pilot Upgrade (IPUG). Your expertise will directly contribute to pilot proficiency, operational readiness, and flight safety.

Minimum Qualifications

• Former or current F-16 Instructor Pilot
• F-16 Instructor qualification within the past 8 years
• Minimum 2 years of Fighter Instructor Pilot experience
• 1,000 Pilot-in-Command (PIC) hours in a DoD or Allied fighter aircraft
• F-16 FTU Instructor experience preferred
• Experience supporting Foreign Military Sales (FMS), Air Advisor, Aggressor, Evaluator, or Foreign Partner Training programs is highly desirable
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance
• Valid U.S. Passport and ability to support an overseas assignment
