Annualized Salary: $235,000 to $297,500

Opportunity Overview
Argentina F-16 Instructor Pilot
The Argentina assignment is a true flying instructor position.
The selected pilot will provide academic, simulator, and flying instruction to foreign partner F-16 pilots. The position supports pilot qualification, flight safety, standardization, mission readiness, and advanced upgrade training.
Ukraine F-16 Ground Advisor
The Ukraine assignment is a non-flying advisory position in a hazardous deployed environment.
The selected advisor will provide F-16 operational guidance, instruction, standardization, lessons learned, and program support to foreign partner pilots and leadership.
Both assignments require the credibility and judgment of an experienced F-16 Instructor Pilot.

Key Responsibilities
Depending On The Assignment, Responsibilities May Include
- Provide F-16 flying, simulator, academic, or ground advisory instruction
- Train and advise foreign partner F-16 pilots
- Support mission qualification and upgrade training
- Conduct mission planning, briefing, instruction, and debriefing
- Reinforce flight safety, standardization, and operational readiness
- Provide guidance on F-16 systems, tactics, procedures, and employment
- Evaluate pilot proficiency and identify training needs
- Support training program development and courseware
- Coordinate with program leadership, military partners, and support teams
- Maintain compliance with security, safety, and host nation requirements
- Previous qualification as an F-16 Instructor Pilot
- Recent F-16 operational or instructional experience
- Strong knowledge of F-16 aircraft systems and mission employment
- Significant fixed wing fighter pilot in command experience
- Experience conducting mission planning, briefing, instruction, and debriefing
- Ability to train and advise experienced military pilots
- Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearances
- Valid U.S. passport
- Ability to support an international assignment
- Strong communication, judgment, leadership, and professionalism
- F-16 FTU Instructor Pilot
- F-16 Evaluator Pilot or Flight Examiner
- F-16 Weapons School background
- F-16 Aggressor experience
- Air Advisor experience
- Foreign Military Sales experience
- Foreign partner training experience
- Squadron Commander or Director of Operations experience
- Experience across multiple F-16 blocks
- Guard, Reserve, or retired USAF F-16 Instructor Pilot background
