We're looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and customer-focused Wedding Coordinator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who loves weddings, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys building relationships while creating memorable experiences for couples and wedding parties.
As a Wedding Coordinator, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for grooms and wedding parties throughout their journey—from registration and styling to final fittings and event readiness. You'll also play a key leadership role within the store, helping support daily operations and team success.

- Assist with styling, sizing, registration, and package selection
- Maintain organized wedding files, supplies, and event records
- Receive and verify wedding merchandise arriving from the warehouse
- Communicate with wedding parties via email, text, and phone
- Review wedding orders for accuracy and completeness
- Resolve routine questions and concerns while escalating larger issues when needed
- Act as a store leader and role model for the team
- Support daily operations and ensure exceptional customer service standards
- Help train and mentor new team members on wedding processes and best practices
- Reinforce company values and foster a positive, accountable culture
- Assist with leadership responsibilities, including operational support and timecard oversight
- Serve as a trusted resource for both customers and team members
- Deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced retail environment
- Assist multiple customers while maintaining attention to detail
- Keep the showroom and backroom organized, clean, and guest-ready
- Utilize POS systems, Gmail, Google Drive, and Google Sheets efficiently
- Follow company policies and maintain a professional appearance and attitude

- Passion for weddings, fashion, and helping people celebrate life's milestones
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

- Retail sales or customer service experience
- Experience in weddings, events, hospitality, fashion, or styling
- Familiarity with POS systems and Google Workspace
