As a Wedding Coordinator, you’re the go-to person for grooms, couples, and wedding parties. You’ll guide them through the entire experience — from registration to styling — while supporting the store as a key leader.
This role is perfect for someone outgoing, bubbly, organized, and passionate about weddings who wants a leadership-track position in a fast-paced, fun environment.
- Full-time (40-42 hours/week) with benefits

- Lead wedding consultations and make the experience smooth, fun, and stress-free
- Register wedding parties, help with styling, sizing, and overall coordination
- Keep wedding files, supplies, and backroom areas organized
- Check in wedding suits arriving from the warehouse
- Communicate with wedding parties through email and text (mostly Gmail)
- Review weddings set up by other associates to ensure accuracy
- Handle small questions or sizing issues and escalate serious concerns to leadership
- Serve as a store leader and support the team throughout the day
- Reinforce company values and maintain a positive, accountable culture
- Assist new hires with learning wedding processes and customer experience standards
- Help monitor timecards and pitch in on leadership tasks when needed
- Be an expert stylist and a reliable resource for the team
- Move with urgency and help multiple customers at once when needed
- Support teammates when you see someone who needs help
- Keep the store clean, organized, and guest-ready
- Use our POS and Google Drive/Sheets/Gmail confidently
- Maintain professionalism, follow policies, and stay focused on the customer experience

Bonus points if you have:
- Retail or customer service experience
