👩⚕️ Position Overview
As an Evening Shift LPN, you’ll provide hands-on nursing care while supporting the team and ensuring residents receive safe, compassionate, and efficient care.
🩺 What You’ll Do
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition
- Support and supervise CNAs to ensure quality care
- Perform basic nursing procedures and assessments
- Communicate with RNs, physicians, and care team
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Compassionate, resident-centered approach
- Long-term care experience preferred
