As an LPN Charge Nurse, you’ll oversee daily clinical operations during your shift, ensuring residents receive safe, compassionate, and efficient care.
🩺 What You’ll Do
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes appropriately
- Supervise and support CNAs to ensure quality care delivery
- Perform assessments and basic nursing procedures
- Communicate with physicians, RN supervisors, and care team
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
- Experience in long-term care preferred
- Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
- Experience with EMR systems
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
- $10,000 sign-on bonus (full-time)
