Your Role & Impact
As Administrator, you will serve as the driving force behind our facility’s success—leading teams, ensuring compliance, and fostering a culture rooted in compassion and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Provide vision, direction, and oversight to all departments within a fast-paced skilled nursing and rehab environment
- Regulatory Excellence: Ensure full compliance with state, federal, and CMS guidelines
- Financial Stewardship: Manage budgeting, financial planning, and cost control to support operational success
- Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and retain a high-performing, engaged team
- Quality of Care: Champion a resident-centered culture that prioritizes dignity, safety, and outcomes
- Community Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and community partners
- Active Nursing Home Administrator license (state required)
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in long-term care or or long term acute care (LTAC) facility
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and reimbursement
- Proven success in financial management and operational leadership
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Passion for delivering high-quality, resident-centered care
