As our Receptionist, you’ll serve as the face of the facility—managing communication, supporting daily operations, and ensuring every guest is greeted with professionalism and care.
📞 What You’ll Do
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls in a professional and timely manner
- Route calls and messages to appropriate staff
- Greet visitors with a friendly, positive attitude
- Direct visitors to appropriate departments
- Maintain daily logs for consultants, regional staff, and employee itineraries
- Handle UPS packages and outgoing mail with accuracy and attention to detail
- Update internal systems (Infonet) as needed
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Professional, friendly, and detail-oriented
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word & Excel)
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Supportive, team-focused environment
