Ryan Goolsby State Farm — Hoover & Vestavia Hills, AL

What You'll Do:

• Be the first voice and face customers interact with — set the tone for the whole experience
• Answer and route phone calls, manage appointment scheduling, and handle walk-ins
• Process payments, pull reports, and keep files and records organized
• Support the sales and service team with administrative tasks and follow-ups
• Manage incoming/outgoing mail, office supplies, and day-to-day operations
• Help onboard new clients with paperwork and system entries

What We're Looking For:

• Genuinely friendly and professional — not reading from a script, actually good with people
• Strong organizational skills (you're the type who keeps a clean inbox and a tidy desk)
• Proficiency in MS Office and/or Google Workspace
• Ability to multitask without dropping the ball — phones ringing, client walking in, no sweat
• Prior front desk, admin, or customer-facing experience preferred
• Reliable, punctual, and ready to work in-person at our Hoover or Vestavia location
