Vendor Acquisition & Planning
Responsibilities
- Own your pipeline: Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities.
- Hunt for new business: Identify, research, and reach out to fashion and eCommerce vendors to generate new leads and partnerships.
- Drive growth: Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Lead impactful demos: Deliver persuasive presentations that showcase the value of our platform and guide prospects through the discovery and onboarding process.
- Respond fast: Engage new qualified leads with urgency and professionalism to convert interest into opportunity.
- Collaborate for success: Ensure a smooth transition of new clients to the Vendor Management team for onboarding and long-term success.
- Know your market: Develop a deep understanding of the fashion industry, vendor challenges, and key trends to position our solutions effectively.
- Continuously improve: Test new outreach methods, refine your pitch, and share insights to elevate team performance.
- Act like an owner: Create and execute action plans that align with company goals and growth standards.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS in a related field
- 5 years of eCommerce sales experience (B2B or B2C) with a proven record of hunting and closing new business
- Exceptional communication skills - confident, persuasive, and polished via email, phone, and video
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset - comfortable using metrics to measure performance and improve conversion
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally
- Highly motivated self-starter who takes ownership of results and thrives under pressure
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in LA Fashion District
- Korean bilingual is a plus
- Understanding e-Commerce fashion market
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Analytics

Salary : $80,000 - $95,000
