Position Summary:
The Marketing Manager, Brand Strategy, will play a pivotal role in shaping, executing and maintaining NFM Lending’s brand identity and messaging. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the marketing team and other departments, to develop cohesive brand strategies that resonate with target audiences and differentiate NFM from its competitors ensuring consistency across all marketing channels including social media, advertising and production. This role is ideal for a creative leader with a strong sense of brand positioning, storytelling, and an eye for design trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field
- 5 years’ experience in graphic design with a focus on marketing, brand strategy, or advertising.
- Mortgage-related experience is preferred.
- Strong portfolio showcasing experience in brand development, marketing design, and strategic thinking.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and other relevant tools.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms (social media, email, web) and their design requirements.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Ability to think strategically and translate business goals into impactful visual solutions.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience leading and mentoring design teams is preferred.
Essential Job Functions include, but are not limited to:
- Lead the development and execution of creative brand strategies that align with company goals and target audiences.
- Design and oversee the production of high-quality marketing materials, including digital ads, social media assets, web design, email campaigns, packaging, and print collateral.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all touchpoints, maintaining a unified look and feel.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create visually compelling campaigns that drive engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness.
- Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers, providing guidance, feedback, and creative direction.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring all internal and external communications adhere to established standards.
- Roll out and maintain a process for design jobs to be cataloged and managed to provide a straightforward and efficient way to manage updates and search archives.
- Stay ahead of design and marketing trends, continuously pushing the boundaries of creativity and innovation.
- Collaborate with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors as needed to ensure high-quality execution of marketing initiatives.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of all creative assets.
- May supervise 1-30 employees, ensuring reliable attendance and punctuality
- Perform additional duties as needed, with occasional overtime and travel.
