Role Description

The Brand Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Vista, CA. The Brand Marketing Manager supports the execution and refinement of brand strategy, positioning, and go-to-market initiatives across a multi-brand portfolio, in partnership with leadership. This role ensures brands are consistently represented across all touchpoints and translates strategic direction into clear, cohesive campaigns and assets that drive awareness, engagement, and revenue. Working closely with Brand, Sales, and DTC leadership, this role plays a key part in aligning priorities, driving execution, and ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and on brand.


Key Responsibilities


Brand Strategy & Governance

  • Support execution and ongoing refinement of brand positioning, messaging, and
  • differentiation across all brands in partnership with Brand Leadership
  • Support development and maintain brand guidelines, including voice & tone, visual
  • identity, and messaging frameworks
  • Ensure brand consistency across digital, print, retail, sales, and partner channels
  • Partner with leadership to implement brand strategy across campaigns and
  • initiatives


Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy

  • Support and execute GTM plans for product launches, campaigns, and seasonal
  • initiatives
  • Translate GTM strategy into campaign frameworks, messaging, and channel
  • execution plans
  • Support development of product positioning, value propositions, and key
  • messaging
  • Ensure campaigns are effectively executed across all channels


Marketing Calendar, Content & Campaign Planning

  • Support and manage the master marketing calendar across all brands with Brand
  • Leadership
  • Ensure execution of the marketing calendar across key channels, including social,
  • email, and DTC
  • Align priorities, drive timelines, accountability, and execution readiness across
  • initiatives
  • Partner with the Content team to support influencer marketing within campaign
  • planning


Creative Direction & Brands Experience

  • • Partner with Creative and Brand teams to support development and execution of
  • campaign assets across: Print advertising, Trade shows and events, Campaign creative, Dealer and distributor materials (sell sheets, catalogs, launch kits)
  • Partner with Sales to support development of sales decks and product materials
  • Support photography planning and execution (briefs, shot lists, brand alignment)
  • Support PR planning and coordinate execution for launches, announcements, and partnerships
  • Support print advertising planning and execution to ensure alignment with campaign goals
  • Ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
  • Support and guide email, social, and influencer initiatives to maintain brand consistency


Marketing Operations

  • Lead end-to-end creative operations to ensure consistency, efficiency, and executional excellence
  • Track and report on brand and campaign KPIs across awareness, engagement, and revenue
  • Support budget tracking and management to ensure efficiency and ROI
  • Support management of marketing tools and platforms
  • Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization
  • Support internal communications and other marketing products as needed
  • Stays current on content marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices


Qualifications

  • 3-5 years in brand, product, or integrated marketing (multi-brand or B2B/B2C
  • preferred)
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, align stakeholders, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience developing brand guidelines, messaging frameworks, and campaign
  • positioning
  • Strong communication skills with high attention to detail
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable in a hands-on, execution-focused role
  • Proficiency in communications, copywriting, and collaboration with creative teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, English, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Experience with wellness, spa, or medical industries is a benefit.
  • Salary Range: $80,000–$100,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications
