- Own the design, build, and ongoing optimization of Salesforce automations, with an emphasis on Flow-based solutions
- Analyze existing processes and rework them into more efficient, maintainable configurations
- Serve as a primary point of contact for system-related issues, diagnosing root causes and coordinating fixes across internal teams and third-party partners
- Manage incoming support requests while balancing quick-turn solutions with long-term platform health
- Collaborate with teams across sales, operations, customer support, finance, marketing, and technical functions to improve workflows and system usability
- Contribute to roadmap planning, helping prioritize enhancements, upgrades, and technical improvements
- Oversee core administrative functions such as user setup, access controls, roles, and system configurations
- Monitor data quality and system performance through audits, reporting, and query tools
- Support release readiness and ongoing platform updates
- Act as a liaison between business users, vendors, and IT; assist with onboarding and user enablement
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–4 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience
- Strong experience building and managing automation using Flow
- Solid troubleshooting skills with a structured, analytical approach to problem-solving
- Familiarity with Salesforce add-ons or modules such as CPQ, Field Service, Revenue-related tools, or ERP integrations is preferred
- Exposure to ERP systems or involvement in ERP-related projects is a plus
- Working knowledge of SOQL and/or SQL for reporting and data analysis
- Track record of delivering both quick-win fixes and larger system improvements
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical users
- Salesforce certifications are a plus
