About the Role
This is not a traditional engineering or sales role. We’re seeking someone who enjoys building solutions, working directly with customers, and helping bring new technology to market.
You’ll work closely with a small founding team to support enterprise growth by acting as the bridge between technical capabilities and customer needs. This role is ideal for someone who likes solving problems end-to-end, building prototypes, and operating in fast-moving environments where responsibilities evolve over time.
What You’ll Do
- Build custom demos and proof-of-concepts that showcase how the platform integrates into customer workflows
- Work directly with prospects and customers to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Support customer onboarding and troubleshoot technical or workflow challenges
- Collaborate with leadership to refine go-to-market strategy and test new approaches
- Provide feedback to product and engineering teams based on customer use cases
- Conduct technical discovery conversations and help guide customers through implementation
- Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Implementation Engineering, or similar
- Hands-on experience working with APIs, integrations, or automation workflows
- Ability to build prototypes, scripts, or lightweight tools to demonstrate solutions
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Comfort working in fast-paced environments with evolving responsibilities
- Builder mindset with a willingness to take ownership of problems
Experience with one or more of the following:
- Python, JavaScript, Node.js, or similar programming languages
- API integrations and workflow automation
- Cloud-based tools or modern web application environments
- Building demos or proof-of-concepts to support customer workflows
- Experience supporting enterprise customers
- Exposure to SaaS platforms or multi-tenant environments
- Familiarity with AI tools, automation platforms, or workflow-based software
- Previous startup experience or interest in early-stage environments
