Key Responsibilities
Business & Technology Strategy
- Partner with senior business executives to shape and deliver a multi-year technology roadmap aligned to business goals.
- Own financial planning for technology within the business unit, ensuring disciplined investment, cost efficiency, and measurable ROI.
- Provide oversight across the full technology lifecycle—from concept through delivery and ongoing support.
- Make informed decisions on internal development versus third-party solutions to optimize speed, cost, and long-term flexibility.
Platforms, Architecture & Innovation
- Work with stakeholders to identify and prioritize initiatives spanning new capabilities, operational improvements, and legacy modernization.
- Guide the design and rollout of scalable, integrated systems that support evolving business needs.
- Drive adoption of modern engineering practices (e.g., automation, APIs, cloud-native patterns) to improve delivery velocity and system resilience.
