Position Overview:
Serve as the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, staff, and healthcare providers. This role supports daily administrative operations while creating a welcoming, professional, and compassionate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
•Greet and assist residents, visitors, vendors, and staff
•Answer and route incoming phone calls
•Manage front desk operations and visitor sign-in procedures
•Provide information about facility services, visiting hours, and resident locations
