We're a respected, locally-run energy division looking for someone who's already good at their job somewhere else — and ready for more ownership, more trust, and a team that matches their standards. You'll plan the routes and service schedules for a piece of our propane operation, then personally run the deliveries and service calls on that schedule. You'll be the first person our customers call, the go-to resource for anything propane-related, and a key partner to our sales team in keeping customers well taken care of after the sale.
No propane experience? No problem — if you've run routes, managed dispatch, or done hands-on field service in fuel, HVAC, or a similar trade, we'll teach you the product. What we won't compromise on is work ethic and integrity.
What you'll do:
- Build delivery/service routes and then drive and work them yourself
- Be the first point of contact for customers scheduling deliveries and service
- Solve problems on the fly — trucks, schedules, and customers don't always cooperate
- Support our sales team by making sure every customer's experience after the sale keeps them a customer
- Work as a peer alongside our drivers and techs — this is a lead-from-the-front role, not a desk job
What you'll need:
- Valid CDL (required)
- Experience in route logistics, delivery, dispatch, or field service
- A reputation for integrity and follow-through, not just results
- Comfort talking to customers and comfort making decisions without waiting to be told
