Responsibilities
- Perform thorough residential cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens with care and efficiency.
- Execute specialized floor care procedures including carpet cleaning, polishing hardwood floors, and maintaining tile surfaces.
- Manage sanitation routines for kitchens and bathrooms to ensure hygienic environments using appropriate cleaning agents.
- Assist with outdoor work when necessary, such as patio or porch cleaning and light yard tidying.
- Practice manual handling techniques safely while lifting heavy furniture or appliances during deep cleans or move-in/move-out services.
- Deliver excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients, understanding their preferences, and addressing any special requests promptly.
- Maintain housekeeping management standards by organizing supplies and ensuring all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in residential cleaning or janitorial work is preferred; hotel housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation practices, and floor care methods.
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and moving furniture or appliances.
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes.

- Basic cooking skills are a plus for assisting with light household chores beyond cleaning when needed.
