What You'll Earn
- $22–$30 per hour based on job commission — and most of our jobs land closer to the top of that range

Your Schedule, Your Rules
- Pick up a few jobs a week or go full-time — totally up to you
- We handle all the marketing, booking, and admin so you can just focus on doing great work

- Friendly, communicative & a team player — we work closely with our clients and each other, clear communication and good vibes go a long way
- Punctual & reliable — our clients count on us showing up when we say we will
- Strong work ethic — you take pride in doing things right
- Willing to learn — experience is a plus, but not a dealbreaker if you've got the drive
- Your own cleaning supplies, or willing to get them before your first job
- General Liability Insurance, or willing to obtain it (we can point you in the right direction)
- A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to pass a background check
