What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential House Cleaning Professional position at Kepner Cleaning LLC?
Thanks for peeking at our ad :) We're in search of ppl who enjoy cleaning, see it as therapeutic, and happen to be really detailed & efficient at it! This work isn't for just anyone- it takes a special individual with a really good eye for detail and the natural ability to be able to work at a faster pace.
We're always growing and we need to keep adding strong, focused, and kind ppl who genuinely enjoy cleaning and get along super well with others.
Team work is huge for us. We work in teams of 2-3, and it takes equal effort from each person to achieve excellence with each job. We'll teach you how to be excellent, the rest is up to you to bring to the table consistently week after week. Team work is something real important we look at when considering promotions & raises, as well.
Speaking of raises, let's talk about the money honey. You get paid every Wednesday via direct deposit, and everyone starts out at $15.50/hr. Once you complete your training ( a 9-16 wk process) you receive your first raise. From there, we've got lead and training positions. We want to expand to multiple locations, so there will always be opportunity for growth here should you choose to make this a career!
Bennys. We'll go over this more in the interview, but you get PTO, paid holidays, your birthday off and paid, referral cash, tips, cash for anniversary's, supplemental insurance, retirement plan, and more after you're with us for 6 months.
Company Cars. You won't be driving yourself, girl- We ride in company cars here.
What do we clean? Residential homes mostly. Ya know, your bi-weekly's, monthly's, move out cleans, one-time deep cleans, etc - that's our specialty. We do, however, clean a number of new construction homes for builders, and even a few offices here and there. Variety keeps it spicy!
