Role Description
- As an Entry-Level Sales & Leadership Development Associate, you’ll represent nationally recognized nonprofit clients in face-to-face campaigns. This role is ideal for recent graduates, former athletes, or competitive individuals looking to build real-world sales, communication, and leadership skills.
Qualifications
- Entry-level candidates and recent college graduates (all majors welcome)
- Former athletes, team leaders, or individuals with competitive backgrounds preferred
- Strong communication skills and a people-first mindset
- Coachable, reliable, and performance-driven
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, team-oriented environments
- Interest in sales, leadership development, marketing, or nonprofit work
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
