Entry Level Sales Associate Responsibilities:
- Learn and master all client product knowledge to confidently answer customer questions
- Present product and service options to customers while representing our clients in a professional and engaging manner
- Qualify customers for available promotions and confidently close sales opportunities
- Manage assigned sales territory efficiently by maximizing warm leads and following up with potential customers
- Work alongside experienced sales team leaders to learn effective sales strategies and best practices
- Collaborate daily with other team members to set goals and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience
Requirements of the Entry Level Sales Associate:
- Strong communication and public speaking skills
- Competitive mindset with a strong drive to succeed
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
- Confidence handling objections and applying negotiation skills
- Proven ability to persuade customers and close sales opportunities
