NextStep Recruiting is partnering with a leader in the automotive warranty industry! Our client is seeking an Agent Growth Manager to help train and develop their current sales agents.

Responsibilities
- Coach and guide agents on sales techniques, product positioning, and dealer acquisition to drive growth.
- Evaluate new dealers for compliance and alignment and promote adoption of new and existing products.
- Align product rollouts with market demand and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
- 5 years in automotive or F&I sales, with knowledge of aftermarket products, dealership operations, and compliance.
- Experience in product rollout, sales enablement, and driving adoption through agents.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and cross-functional collaboration skills; willing to travel occasionally.
