Who You Are
- Highly motivated and thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment
- Have a live strategy with a Sharpe ratio > 3.0 and strong return on capital
- Experience trading at a hedge fund, bank desk, or prop firm
- Capable of managing risk in different market regimes
- Possess sharp analytical and quantitative skills
- Entrepreneurial and independent, but collaborative when needed
- Deeply passionate about markets and trading
