Requirements
- 2 years ERP development experience
- ERP customization and integration skills
- Proficient in SQL, C#
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs
- Skilled in SSRS and data migration
- ERP troubleshooting capability
- Business requirements gathering skills
- Strong communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Develop custom ERP modules and integrations
- Build reports, scripts, and automated workflows
- Support data migration activities
- Troubleshoot ERP issues impacting system functionality
- Perform testing and validate system changes
- Maintain ERP data integrity
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather detailed requirements
- Lead small discovery sessions
- Support ERP upgrades and deployments
- Estimate development tasks and project timelines
- Identify project risks and dependencies
- Maintain technical documentation and change logs
- Follow data governance and security standards
- Research and recommend ERP enhancements
- Support junior developers and onboarding documentation
- Participate in cross-functional meetings
