Requirements
- 5 years of software project management experience
- 5 years of Workforce Development, WOTC, or Corrections experience
- Knowledge of relational databases and basic SQL query techniques
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience
- PMP certification is required
- Manage and execute project plans for software development initiatives
- Coordinate with design, engineering, QA, vendors, and clients to meet project milestones
- Develop and maintain accurate project status, including risks and issues, and communicate updates
- Oversee delivery of development and production releases ensuring quality standards are met
- Collaborate with technical teams to specify design and development tasks
- Assist in creating test plans and reviewing deliverables before client delivery
- Facilitate team and client meetings, ensuring clear communication of project progress and issues
- Support client interactions, including monitoring incidents, change requests, and questions
- Provide training support and manage client expectations to ensure satisfaction
