Payroll Specialist (5476)

NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our client’s team in Tampa, FL. This is a remote contract position (2 weeks of training onsite).

SALARY: $30-40 per hour (depending on experience)

Requirements

• 5 years of payroll processing experience for 350 employees
• Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now
• VDI capability – ability to use own laptop to get started
• Experience with journal entries related to payroll
• Reliable and able to hit the ground running as the primary payroll resource
  
  

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for approximately 300 employees bi-weekly
• Manage payroll data entry and validation within ADP Workforce Now
• Ensure accurate journal entries related to payroll transactions
• Maintain compliance with payroll policies and regulations
• Support payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies efficiently
