NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Fundraising and Development Specialist to join our client’s team in Tampa, FL. This is an onsite with some remote (1-2 days per week) direct hire position.
SALARY: $75,000 – $96,000 (depending on experience)

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, business, or related field
- 5 years of business experience; 2 years in nonprofit fundraising or sales preferred
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills
- Financial acumen and experience with fundraising software/CRMs and donor portfolio management a plus
- Social media savvy
- Grow and manage the donor and investor network
- Lead fundraising efforts for key events and campaigns
- Track and report sponsor metrics, grants, and impact
- Research and apply for foundation funding
- Create fundraising collateral in partnership with marketing
- Leverage social media for donor engagement and prospecting
- Represent the organization at community events and co-host fundraising activities
- Oversee donor invoicing, collections, and tax receipts
- Maintain profiles on charity navigator sites (e.g., Candid, Benevity, Guidestar)
- Support reporting and special projects related to fundraising
- Document fundraising processes and coordinate donor acknowledgements
