SALARY: $125,000 – $145,000 (depending on experience)

Requirements
- Proven executive leader with multi-site, P&L ownership, and full operational accountability
- Strong experience leading decentralized operating models
- Demonstrated success managing long-tenured teams through change management
- Deep commitment to community impact and mission-driven work
- Ability to build and sustain relationships with donors, boards, and community stakeholders
- Lead all Pasco County operations across programs, advancement, and community engagement
- Manage county P&L, budgets, forecasting, and financial performance
- Build and nurture donor relationships and develop revenue growth strategies
- Lead and develop direct reports, driving accountability and culture
- Implement and align the decentralized operating model with organizational standards
- Represent the organization publicly and foster community partnerships
- Oversee program delivery, ensuring alignment with mission and strategic goals
- Drive organizational results through data-informed decision-making and performance metrics
