Requirements
- Strong nonprofit finance experience
- Accounting/financial operations background
- Knowledge of ASC 958
- Experience managing financials for a growing organization
- Systems and IT aptitude—software and hardware
- Ability to analyze financial data for decision-making
- Hands-on leadership style
- Comfortable working around children with autism in active environments
- Lead finance, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Manage audit and nonprofit accounting compliance
- Oversee finance team including a Finance Coordinator and Billing Specialists
- Manage financial systems, technology infrastructure, and integrations
- Improve reporting and data visibility
- Manage vendors and technology systems, troubleshoot issues, and assess organizational needs
- Develop scalable processes for future expansion
- Partner with leadership on growth strategies
