Client Services Representative (5730)

NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Client Services Representative to join our client’s team in Memphis, TN. This is a hybrid, contract position. 3 day onsite, 2 hybrid in Memphis.

SALARY: $24.00 – $26.50 per hour (depending on experience)

Requirements

• 2-3 years of recent customer service experience, preferably from a call center
• Ability to type and handle calls simultaneously
• Proficient in navigating multiple systems at once
• Experience using dual monitors
• Skilled in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and basic Excel
• Ability to type at least 40 WPM
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proper grammar
• Exceptional customer service skills and clarity in communication
• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent
  
  

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls, providing outstanding service
• Resolve inquiries such as password resets, address updates, and contact changes
• Document call activity in proprietary systems while speaking with customers
• Handle general customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or face-to-face
• Research and review requests or problems using policies and procedures
• Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve issues
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Identify the best solutions to customer problems in line with company policies
