SALARY: $30-$32.50 per hour (depending on experience).

Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of financial industry experience required
- At least 2 years of bank operations and/or client service experience preferred
- Ability to organize and prioritize work for timely, efficient execution
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred
- Keen attention to detail with a solid understanding of loan processes/systems and lending requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ensure complete and accurate client data capture in loan applications, systems, and documentation
- Support client requests by working closely with the Private Bank Fulfillment and Production team
- Partner effectively with relationship managers, portfolio managers, counsel, compliance, borrowers, and other parties involved in transactions
- Deliver a high-quality client experience through attention to detail and thoroughness
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and efficiencies
- Participate actively in assigned projects
