Requirements
- Experience building Salesforce Service Cloud views, reports, and Lightning components
- Strong Salesforce Flow and automation logic knowledge
- Customer experience (CX) expertise
- Ability to configure and streamline workflows
- Knowledge of integrating external platforms (e.g., VOIP solutions)
- Soft skills and excellent communication skills
- Build and customize Salesforce Service Cloud views, reports, and Lightning components
- Configure and automate Salesforce workflows to improve operational efficiency
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize customer journey mapping
- Automate sales processes and client experience workflows
- Integrate external platforms to enhance scalability and workflow automation
- Conduct regular audits of automation logic and system integrations to ensure proper performance and prevent conflicts
