Requirements
- 3 years of experience supporting or implementing an HRIS, preferably Workday
- Strong understanding of HR processes, data structures, and system configuration
- Proven experience with data migration, validation, and troubleshooting
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and recommend solutions
- Technical proficiency and ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders
- Experience supporting HR system processes and workflows
- Participate in configuring and customizing Workday modules to meet organizational needs
- Support system testing, validation, and troubleshooting during implementation phases
- Oversee data migration from legacy systems to Workday, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and external consultants on system requirements and process improvements
- Manage data integrity, security, and user access in the HRIS
- Provide support and guidance to HR team members on system functionality and best practices
- Assist in developing and delivering training materials for end users
- Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements or updates
- Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve system errors efficiently
