We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $65,000 annually, along with a supportive work environment that promotes career growth and personal development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales and profitability
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service
• Manage budgets and financial forecasts to optimize operational performance
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality standards
• Build relationships with guests and address any concerns or feedback

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service principles
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficient in restaurant management software and POS systems
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
