Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all financial operations and reporting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to support strategic decisions
- Manage budgeting and financial planning processes
- Coordinate with external auditors during financial audits
- Implement and maintain effective internal controls
- Monitor cash flow and optimize financial performance
- Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team
- Collaborate with management to improve financial processes
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proven experience in multi-unit restaurant, hospitality, or retail environments
- Advanced proficiency in Restaurant365 (required)
- Deep understanding of P&L management, cost controls, and operational finance
