Field Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Field Integration Engineer to lead the installation, integration, and testing of advanced 4G/5G wireless networks. This role is hands-on, travel-intensive, and ideal for engineers with deep telecom expertise who enjoy solving complex field challenges.

What You’ll Do

• Install, integrate, and commission RAN equipment and Juniper ACX routers
• Execute site readiness, KPI validation, and RF field testing (drive/walk tests)
• Support network integration, troubleshooting, and field trials (FIT/FOA/FFA)
• Prepare daily status reports, test documentation, and technical presentations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and customers for seamless delivery
• Mentor subcontractors and field engineers, ensuring milestones are met

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s in Engineering (10 years telecom field experience) or 15 years with equivalent experience
• Strong expertise in LTE/5G deployment, commissioning, RF design, and optimization
• Proficient in Linux, IP routing/switching, and multi-vendor base station integration
• Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to train and guide field teams
• Willingness to travel extensively (75% )
• Valid U.S. driver’s license

• Experience with 4G/5G vendor solutions
• CBRS CPI Certification
• Familiarity with GIS/mapping tools
• Experience with CBRS, Massive-MIMO, TDD

• 4G/5G testing & optimization tools for mmWave & Sub-6 GHz
