Senior Investment Associate

An Investment Management Firm is seeking an experienced professional to join their team a Senior Investment Associate.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate prospective investment opportunities through financial analysis, due diligence, and market research.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models to support investment underwriting, valuation, and portfolio analysis.
• Prepare investment recommendations, presentations, and supporting materials for internal decision-making.
• Monitor existing investments by analyzing financial performance, operating results, and market trends.
• Conduct industry, company, and market research to identify emerging risks and investment opportunities.
• Collaborate with investment, finance, operations, and senior leadership teams throughout the investment lifecycle.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders, including advisors, consultants, and business partners, to support transaction execution and portfolio management.
• Assist with portfolio reporting, performance analysis, and other investment-related deliverables.
• Support strategic initiatives, process improvements, and cross-functional projects designed to enhance operational efficiency.
• Mentor junior professionals by reviewing work product and providing ongoing guidance and development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field required.
• 4 years of experience in investment management, corporate finance, private equity, private credit, real estate finance, investment banking, or a related field.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Experience evaluating investment opportunities and performing financial due diligence.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex analyses to a variety of stakeholders.
