An Asset Management Firm based in New York City is seeking an experienced professional to join their team as a Capital Formation Vice President.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, update, and enhance marketing and fundraising materials, including pitch books, presentations, competitor analyses, talking points, thought leadership pieces, quarterly letters, and digital content
- Manage responses to due diligence questionnaires (DDQs) and requests for proposals (RFPs), ensuring consistency of messaging across a centralized content database
- Prepare standard and customized presentations for meetings with clients and prospects, as well as for conferences and industry events
- Oversee the firm’s CRM system and track fundraising pipeline, including the generation of metrics and progress reports
- Support investor relations efforts by managing data room access, document uploads, and credentialing
- Respond to investor inquiries and coordinate outreach activities such as roadshows, including content development and scheduling
- Create content for the firm’s annual general meeting and support other investor-related events or initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
- 4 to 8 years of experience in a client-facing financial services role such as institutional investment management, placement agency, or investment consulting
- Strong understanding of the structure and operations of various investment vehicles, including private funds, separate accounts, and co-investment structures; experience in private credit and growth equity is preferred
- Direct engagement with institutional limited partners, including public and private pension plans, endowments, insurance companies, funds of funds, and secondary investors
- Proven ability to support cross-functional teams including investor relations, legal/compliance, investment, and accounting functions; must demonstrate strong communication skills, analytical depth, intellectual curiosity, a proactive attitude, and the ability to meet deadlines
Salary : $125,000 - $200,000
