An Investment Management Firm based in New York City is seeking an experienced professional to join their team as Strategic Finance Vice President.
Responsibilities
- Lead company-wide budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning activities across multiple departments and business functions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to support revenue forecasting, expense management, workforce planning, and strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate annual planning cycles and periodic forecast updates in partnership with business leaders and key stakeholders.
- Analyze financial performance against budget and forecast, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities to support decision-making.
- Evaluate the financial impact of growth initiatives, operational changes, and business investments.
- Support financial planning related to organizational growth, resource allocation, and long-term business objectives.
- Design and maintain reporting tools, dashboards, and performance metrics that provide visibility into key business drivers.
- Prepare executive-level presentations and analyses that communicate financial results and business trends in a clear and actionable manner.
- Perform other duties, as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field required
- 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, strategic finance, corporate finance, business analytics, consulting, or a related field.
- Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance reporting within a complex organization.
- Demonstrated ability to work closely with senior leaders and provide financial insights that support business decisions.
- Experience preparing presentations, reports, and analyses for executive stakeholders.
- Exposure to strategic planning, operational finance, or business performance management is preferred.
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret complex financial and operational data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
Salary : $150,000 - $250,000
