Become a Key Player as a Strategic Partnerships Associate
You’ll help the team expand into new verticals and build repeatable partner-driven pipeline, directly impacting go-to-market growth and partnership outcomes. You will work hybrid (in-person Monday–Thursday, remote Friday) and collaborate with Sales, partners, and marketing to convert events and partner relationships into qualified opportunities. Your work supports the organization’s strategic expansion into robotics, energy, and autonomous systems.
Here’s How You’ll Make an Impact on the Team
- Research emerging industries and identify key technical stakeholders to open new market opportunities
- Run outbound motions and creative campaigns that generate pipeline for Account Executives
- Synthesize successful plays across verticals and build messaging, sequences, and sales assets
- Own pre- and post-event strategy to convert event presence into booked meetings and tracked follow-ups
- Manage partner channel activities across resellers, accelerators, co-marketing programs, and integrations to generate qualified, trackable pipeline
- Monitor industry signals (funding rounds, contract awards, product announcements) and translate them into outreach opportunities
- Maintain CRM hygiene and pipeline visibility across your book of business
Here’s What You’ll Need to Be Successful in This Role
- 2 years of experience in a BDR, partnerships, business development, or go-to-market role, ideally at a startup or technical company
- Demonstrated ability to design and run creative outbound campaigns beyond standard cold-call sequences
- Strong written communication skills for outreach, briefing documents, and partner-facing content
- Experience with or strong curiosity about aerospace, defense, robotics, energy, or industrial technology
- Proficiency with G Suite, Slack, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM tools
- Highly proactive and organized with systems to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
Here’s What Else Might Help You Out
- Experience running partner or channel campaigns through resellers, accelerators, or co-marketing programs
- Familiarity with government business development, SBIR programs, or defense procurement processes
- Experience ghostwriting outreach or content on behalf of senior team members
- Comfort working in a fast-moving startup environment where the role evolves quickly
- Interest in hardware, autonomy, space, defense, or energy technology
Pay Range
$125,000 - $175,000/year
