Overview
We are seeking a highly capable and resourceful Contract & Proposal Specialist to support executive leadership in managing legal contract operations and procurement activities. This role is ideal for someone with a background in contracts, legal operations, procurement, or paralegal work within technology or professional services.
You must have experience working at both large (1,000 plus) and small (400 or less)
Enterprise Software companies
This individual will operate at a corporate level, driving operational efficiency, supporting legal diligence, and ensuring smooth execution across the contract lifecycle. You will serve as both a trusted partner in contract negotiations and a reliable force behind high‑level strategic initiatives.
What You’ll Do
- Lead initial contract review and redlining commercial agreements (MSAs, Software Licensing Agreements, SOWs, NDAs, Vendor Agreements, Leases, POs, and Order Forms).
- Support RFP/RFQ processes and vendor evaluations
- Manage contract lifecycle tracking, version control, and negotiation support including coordinating with internal stakeholders and external counsel.
- Partner with sales and leadership on customer-facing negotiations
- Validate SOWs and Order Documents for accuracy, scope alignment, and boilerplate consistency.
- Maintain organized contract records and oversee the flow of legal documentation.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in contract management, procurement, legal operations, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of contract structures, legal terminology, and negotiation processes.
- Experience reviewing and redlining commercial agreements.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with executives, legal, sales, and operations
- High attention to detail and ability to synthesize complex information clearly.
- Experience with CLM tools, procurement systems, or CRM platforms is a plus.

Salary : $115,000 - $149,000
