What You’ll Do
As our F&I Manager, you will play a key role in the customer experience and dealership profitability by:
- Presenting financing options and guiding customers through the approval process
- Selling F&I products including extended warranties, service contracts, and protection plans
- Reviewing and evaluating credit applications
- Structuring deals for maximum profitability while maintaining compliance
- Accurately completing and submitting all financing paperwork
- Building and maintaining relationships with lenders and financing partners
- Supporting and training the sales team on financing processes
- Delivering a smooth, transparent, and positive buying experience
What You Bring
- Previous F&I or automotive finance experience required
- Strong sales mindset with a track record of performance
- Ability to structure deals and maximize gross profit
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
