OPERATIONS SUPPORT STAFF
JOB PURPOSE:
The Operations Support position is responsible for direct resident care and Operations Support. Staff are responsible for the general support and mentoring for residents. They will maintain a professional relationship that supports the company's mission statement and company vision at all times.
A. Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Follow the company’s policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Types and performs data entry as needed for communication purposes.
- Organizes and upload documents to resident files (if applicable).
- Conforms to all necessary quality assurance standards.
- Drug tests residents effectively according to Waived Testing procedures.
- Greets scheduled visitors and coordinates to appropriate area or person.
- Follows up with facility rules and expectations, helps residents comply with contracts.
- Organizes cleaning supplies and materials.
- Makes copies of printed materials.
- “Observe and Report” for overall resident care.
- Performs all necessary documentation regarding residents (i.e. rounds every 30 minutes, vitals).
- Conducts and documents 30-minute rounds to ensure resident safety and wellbeing.
- Communicates effectively with Program Director about Operations Support competency and completion of job duties and responsibilities.

- Proficient in typing and data entry.
- Able to organize and upload documents to resident files.

- Follows Waived testing procedures for drug testing.
- Greets and directs visitors appropriately.
- Supports enforcement of facility rules and resident compliance.
- Maintains a clean and orderly facility.
- Efficient with office equipment (printers, copies).
- Thorough in observing and reporting resident care.
- Completes required documentation accurately.
- Communicates effectively with Program Director.
D. Minimum Qualifications
Education / Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to walk stairs frequently throughout the shift
- Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds
- Must be able to complete and document rounds every 30 minutes
F. Knowledge
- Understanding of counseling and treatment procedures for substance use disorders
- Knowledge of regulations concerning addiction treatment
- Working knowledge of alcoholism and drug addiction and related treatment procedures
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
