The Role:
Conduct discovery calls and match candidates with roles that align with their skills and career goals.
Source and engage top talent through referrals, networking, and data-sourcing tools.
Present opportunities to passive candidates, ensuring alignment with their qualifications and aspirations.
Collaborate with leadership and the team to strategize and launch new client opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree, ideally in a science-based field (Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, etc.).
Proven sales and/or recruiting experience.
A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to learn.
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
Structured and organized approach with a results-driven focus.
